A Leaning Post is an aluminum seat or post used to lean against or sit on while on a vessel. Leaning Posts can be as minimal as a T-shaped post with a cushion on it, but we make more complex, functional, luxurious leaning posts as well. The more customized Leaning Posts may feature a seat with stationary/folding single/dual footrests, hidden storage compartments under the seat or the sides of the seat, a removable back cushion, rod holders, cup holders, speakers, live well, or even a tackle box incorporated into the design. Most often, the base is made from aluminum and open for cooler storage, but there are also fiberglass base units available with extra storage for boat gear, fishing gear, or even live bait.
