Return Policy

Returns

 

• Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a partial refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@bluecoraltowers.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Refunds

 

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• Shipping costs are subject to change based on customizations, size, and scope of product

 

Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at returns@bluecoralsportfishing.com. We will ship the replacement item to you once we receive the returned item.
